Neither our researchers, industry analysts, nor I have seen GL Trade active in any signage project to date within EMEA. To be fair, we think that probably like Stratacache and Harris their is a 'hidden' network of installations / and love from IT divisions for the products / solutions.

It does surprise us that IBM, Cisco and John Ryan are not winning this sort of business.

Appreciate the mention, as always.

A question for you, which I have not been able to answer myself. Have GL Trade--the software and network services provider for HSBC--been active elsewhere on the continent or in the UK? They have a solid reputation and sizable international footprint in providing financial markets data and trading platforms; one would think those established relationships with bank IT czars could be used to rapidly pick up market share.
