Does this pass for news in your neck of the woods? Tim Baldwin first signalled his intention to step back in final results 18 months ago and confirmed it in an announcement to the market last week after having brought in David Binding as a non-exec Director 6 months ago, now stepping up to replace Tim Baldwin as non-exec Chair. Those are the indisputable facts.
