Leading French Agency Dagobert in Chapter 11

Russ Curry, Ministry of New Media

Cash flow problems have caused leading French digital design and creative agency Dagobert to be placed under the French equivalent of Chapter 11. Like the US system, the French procedure protects the company from predator creditors, giving it time to restructure its debts and preserve its customers and staff.

Dagobert is now involved in discussions with potential investors and buyers and is determined to plough its way out of its current difficulties. The company, which was created in 2000, now has a staff of 80 and a raft of French blue chip clients such as BNP Paribas, Bosch, Carrefour, Citroen, FDJ (French National Lottery), Orange, SNCF (French National railways) and Total.
