The agreement establishes The Media Merchants’ presence in Brazil while bringing new technologies and products to enhance Pixel Labs’ offerings to clients in Brazil, leading up to the FIFA World Cup 2014, The Rio 2016 Summer Olympics and onwards into the future.
Pixel labs will provide technological and hardware support in the development and production of products for the two companies as well as some production services, while TMM will bring expertise in a growing market of mobile and POS Retail applications, out-of-home advertising and various interactive projection activations for cultural and sporting events as well as event management, production services and content creation and delivery.

Both companies complement each other in both the service and product development areas and will also enhance each other’s expertise. The agreement also allows for the joint development and manufacture of new hardware for the Retail, Advertising, Cultural and Education sectors, and promises a quantum increase to these medium- sized enterprises.
