Tangibal Group PLC. [1], whose CEO is Dominic Brookman, has bought Westpoint Media GmbH for GBP 550,000.
Westpoint Media GmbH have some good media contracts in German Shopping Malls.

Interesting, considering many ex-employees made redundant from the company’s previous incarnation, Infotech-Digital, appear to have had their pay withheld.
