Artexe Srl [1] is in the process of acquires Emmerrelogic srl, an Italian company that develops, produces and markets a complete range of products and solutions to improve management of customer waiting times.
The ‘merged’ company keeps the name of Artexe srl and will now have two operating offices: one at Caronno Pertusella in the province of Varese running general and administrative management, the sales department, marketing and the warehouse; and another in Turin, where services management along with the technology development department will remain.
Artexe is changing its logo and registered headquarters but keeping its VAT registration number and its activity as an information and technology innovation development centre.
