Located in iconic French business buildings including Tour First in the prime Parisian business hubs of La Defense and QCA, the ECNlive network will deliver a mix of live French content and advertising, including global and national French news, financial and sports updates to an audience of French business executives. The network will also provide local weather and transport information tailored to individual buildings. All content and advertising will be updated in real time.

With an initial network of 25 major buildings, ECNlive plans to expand its presence in Paris to 60 buildings by the end of 2013, reaching an audience of more than 100,000  executives.

The launch of ECNlive in Paris is the first stage in the media brand’s planned expansion across different European markets, targeting key cities with primary business districts. ECNlive already has an initial network established in the Netherlands.

Havas Media, France’s leading media agency group, is marking the launch of ECNlive in France by using the network to debut a prestigious client campaign, taking advantage of the network’s digital full motion display capability. In both Paris and London, ECNlive claims to be the only digital display media network to offer blue chip brands the opportunity to reach business people in the workplace.

Located within receptions and lift lobbies, ECNlive enables brands to maximise the potential of internet-connected, digital display advertising technology and to reach business audiences with minimal clutter and wastage.

In London, ECNlive is established in more than 100 buildings such as The Gherkin, Tower 42, CityPoint and The Broadgate Tower. It reaches an audience of more than 450,000 business people at companies such as Citi, UBS, Google, Lloyds TSB, KPMG, Trinity Mirror, Sky, Hewlett Packard, HSBC, Estee Lauder, Coutts, JP MorganChase, Barclays, Yell and Telegraph Media Group.

Brand advertisers using ECNlive include British Airways, Emirates, IBM, Cathay Pacific, City Jet, Virgin, Microsoft, Hitachi, Sony, Westfield, Hugo Boss; Abercrombie & Kent and Nokia. The ECNlive London network has also broadcast art and exhibition news from the Saatchi Gallery, results from the BMW PGA European Tour and the Olympics.

ECNlive CEO and founder Antony Ceravolo says, “With the launch of our network in Paris, ECNlive is opening up the corporate environment for brands engaging a valuable and clearly defined business audience through the use of smart technology and live content.

“The network offers brands a pure-play business media option, reaching the upper echelons of major businesses and a broad range of key decision makers across a wide range of industries. Our aim is to create a pan-European digital display network for business people in their workplace, delivering relevant and engaging brand advertising and content up-dated in real time.”

Alexandra Rieublanc, director of OOH activities at Havas Media France says, “This new solution highlights the evolution of OOH in France and the accelerated growth of DOOH media in everyday life. It also shows the rich capability of this media and its ability to create solutions that can reach a very specific target audience, displaying content that delivers a far more engaging experience.”
