Talon Outdoor announced that it had opened a new office in Scotland, making it the only major independent Out of Home specialist to operate there. The venture will be led by David Crawley, formerly Marketing, Business and Client Development Director at BT Agilemedia.
The expansion will be known as Talon Scotland.
