Major Growth Spurt For @NanoLumens

Atlanta, Georgia-based NanoLumens [1] is on pace to have the most successful year in the company’s history of bringing meaningful innovation to the digital signage industry, says Nate Remmes, director of business development.

“Our promise to imagine, design, and manufacture LED displays in any size or shape required is really resonating with customers in all of our target markets,” Remmes says. “Customers are really getting the message that they can have it their way. Integrators are selling solutions in record numbers and designers love the customization of the product line.”

Pacing NanoLumens’s year of record-shattering growth are major new sales to MAC Cosmetics, Uniqlo, Charles Schwabb, Terra DOOH, Cleveland’s massive I-X Center, WinStar Casino, Northern Lights Casino, Aerospace, and Delta Airlines Flight Museum, among others.

“The I-X Center sale alone was the largest single order in the company’s history: a multi-million dollar partnership. We supplied 22 impressive LED displays, including eight massive NanoWrap displays.”

NanoLumens has taken a number of steps to ensure its ability to continue to meet the growing market demand for its displays, strengthening its manufacturing relationship with PartnerTech, the Georgia based contract manufacturer that is part of PartnerTech AB, the Swedish supplier of services in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain management.

“We are now in the third year of a partnership with PartnerTech that is only going to become more strategic for us as we expand our marketing programs outside of the United States to geographic regions around around the world,” says Remmes.

To support the company’s expanding international sales and marketing efforts, the company recently appointed industry veteran Nick Shaw to serve as its first director, EMEA region, reporting directly to Almir DeCarvalho, vice-president of international sales. Shaw is playing an important role in building out NanLumens’ network of partner distributors throughout Europe and the Middle East.

In addition to showing at InfoComm (Booth N1563), the company is also becoming more visible through speaking engagements by its executives. eg. Rick Cope, president and CEO, will be taking center stage at Display Week 2014 [3] in San Diego, California (June 1-6, 2014) where he will make two keynote presentations. The annual exposition and investor conference will take place at the San Diego Convention Center. On June 3, Cope will speak to attendees of the investor conference at 1:40 p.m. on the subject of Advances in Large Area Displays. Then on June 5, Cope will speak at the business conference on the subject of Large Area Flexible Displays.
