Fresh from winning a DIGI award we see that EnQii has just announced an interesting partnership with The London Eye – the UK’s number one paid-for visitor attraction!

Basically EnQii has installed and is currently managing eleven screens, located in the ticket hall, kiosk and queuing areas. The network of nine 42 inch and two 32 inch screens, allows the London Eye to react to and address tactical promotions, plans are also in place to interface queuing and booking systems allowing information to be updated in real-time.

James Abdool, President EMEA at EnQii told us that the “network runs content designed to engage the London Eye’s thousands of daily visitors, enrich the London Eye experience, and promote deals at other top London attractions including Madame Tussauds and the London Dungeon”.

Helen Bull, Head of Sales and Marketing for The London Eye added, “The London Eye attracts thousands of visitors every day, so it is essential that we have a strong communication system in place to minimise queuing time and keep visitors entertained and informed.”
