The Foxconn Nano PC (model# NT-A3800) is a super small form factor PC with gigabit LAN, 1920×1080 HD output on either HDMI or DVI, 2xUSB3.0, 4xUSB2.0, Digital Audio out, Analog Audio in/out, Multi-Card (SD, SDHC, etc.) reader/writer, 802.11n WiFi and support for 8GB of Ram and the inclusion of any 2.5″ SATA HD. It has a single, quiet fan on the CPU, which is an AMD Dual Core E2-1800 1.7Ghz APU, combining the CPU with a Radeon HD 7340 graphics chip that fully supports DX11. These little powerhouses are loaded with 4GB’s of Crucial DDR3 RAM and completed with the addition of a 64GB SanDisk internal SSD drive.
This is the perfect device to deliver smooth HD content in multiple zones for a digital signage project. The Nano PC can be loaded with either Windows or Linux and comes with a choice of table-top vertical mount, table-top horizontal feet, VESA mount (75 or 100mm) or the same VESA mount can be mounted to a wall or other surface and the device will sit inside it safely and securely.
