Tim Hipperson has joined Weve as Interim CEO. Hipperson will be joining the business with immediate effect, ensuring a smooth transition as existing CEO, David Sear departs for a new role.
Hipperson, has an extensive background in the media industry where he has held a number of high profile roles including UK Group CEO of Zenith Optimedia and WPP CEO roles as UK Group CEO of G2 Joshua and CEO of RMG Connect. Throughout his career, Hipperson has focused and gained extensive experience in the data, analytics and the digital sectors and has worked across a broad range of disciplines as diverse as creative, acquisition, loyalty and in particular CRM.

Weve has been steadily building its capabilities over 2014 with a growing mobile messaging business and a newly launched mobile display service. With a customer base of more than 22 million consumers, all of whom have given their consent to receive advertising, the company is growing in strength and expertise and is ideally places to explore future business opportunities in the UK.
