As we expected last week [1], N. Glantz and Son [2] has definitely shut down Glantz Dynamic Solutions, its attempt to enter the digital signage space.
A note on the company’s web site says, in part, “While our effort to pioneer this product segment was significant, we were not able to gain the traction necessary to continue this endeavor in a fruitful manner.”
It says:
- Almo, a Tier 1 Samsung Distributor, will be handling sales/service for GDS pending quotes, Demo Programs and service to GDS customers.
- Samsung will continue to handle the original product warranty purchased through GDS.
- N. Glantz & Son will maintain the Ultimate Content Cloud service moving forward.
- N. Glantz & Son will continue to sell and service outdoor LED displays by ADTI Media.
