Franca Surace Joins Nuon

Franca Surace, the lady who was most recently heading up the Global Fujitsu digital signage business, has joined Nuon, a designer and implementer of leading edge in-premise digital marketing and customer service solutions.

Franca Surace told us “Nuon has been formed to fill a gap in the market that has been evident for some time. At Nuon, our tag line is ‘Digital by Design’ reflecting our belief that the process of implementing digital solutions starts with understanding our customer’s business objectives and designing a solution to fit. We’re not in the business of ‘pushing tin’.”

Franca continued “We believe we can only be successful by making our clients successful, which is very often about more than just providing hardware. I am excited to be part of the leadership team that has a long history of retail experience combined with access to world class digital technologies to make this happen. This has been an critical gap in the market and now Nuon has filled this by developing an ecosystem of suppliers that brings together the 360 degrees digital experience.” Franca stated. “Early client reaction to this new approach has been really positive”.

Nuon’s definition of ‘retail’ is anywhere where a transaction or service occurs (Nuon Digital by Design, partners with AOPEN global).
