We just learned that Michael Hess left Qualcomm [1], where he was vice-president retail consulting services, in May to run a start-up technology company in Minneapolis called Quantum Digital Connections.
Hess is president of Quantum Digital Connections, a consumer- focused platform aimed at delivering substantial value to consumers in the grocery and retail industry segment.
Qualcomm had spun off its retail division into a separate company called Gimbal Inc..
Hess earlier also held the positions of CEO at Accuvia Consulting and at Tech Global Partners. He has a deep background in the retail and food service industry with over 25 years of retail technology experience.
