We have never heard of these folks, iPOC Technologies BV, before (that doesn’t mean much at the moment as there are new signage related hardware and software vendors cropping up all over the place).

We are frequent visitors to the Netherlands – although these folks seem very active in China (of all places) so we may have missed something (we do sometimes!! Hey it’s a big world!).

They recently told us that their iPOC China division has installed its offering at the “Flagship Centre of the Chinese Staples organization in Shanghai”.

We all know Staples – sounds like this is not a store rollout though.

iPOC also announced partnerships with China Telecom and Digital China but did not disclose any more details.
