One of those upstart startups (yes we know, there are many) has got a bit of a hard-on and wants to sue us for alleged defamation.
It’s been a long time since we have been sued. We’ve swept our first four games and have never lost in a court battle yet.
Helping a startup spend their money with their lawyers (we defend ourselves in court rather well we think) will be something we look forward to doing if we really must of course.
