Registration for the 10th International OOH Congress which takes place September 27-29, 2018 in St-Petersburg, Russia is now open.

Whilst they are scraping the bottom of the barrel with former Posterscope CEO Annie Rickard as a speaker, they do have some good headliners with Kinetic’s Gideon Adey and Igor Kirikchi the head of BBDO, Russia.

There are two conference days, a small exhibition area and a White Party and Gala Dinner and the conference is held in both English and Russian.

Early Bird registration for international attendees lasts until July 15 and there is a 15% FEPE discount for members.
