FOLKS, SORRY!!!! Most of you will have received 5 or 6 copies of our emailed Daily Newsletter today (TUESDAY 11TH MARCH 2008) and what was received was in all probability illegible. It obviously shouldn’t have happened and we are still not sure why it did – at least yet. We pride ourselves on our R&D and technology efforts so are incredibly humbled by this particular mistake. The one thing we were doing is trying to give better multiple language support to what we do – we had a very small number of subscribers who could not see the umlaut’s for example in the word “Dusseldorf” (the majority could) but we don’t know how that could have affected what is normally a 6 times a week normal practice. Our apologies again!!!
