Two new appointments see the Sharp NEC Display Solutions UK sales team continue to grow and strengthen as it evolves ‘towards tomorrow’. Sian Cotty joins the end user sales team and Kate Butcher joins the channel sales team, both bringing a wealth of professional experience and industry knowledge.

Reiterating the company’s theme from ISE 2024, ‘towards tomorrow’, Sharp/NEC is evolving on its joint venture journey. Quality, Service and Sustainability remain the bedrock of the organisation whilst it harnesses efficiencies to bring better value to its customers. Sharp/NEC remains the preferred partner and trusted advisor to its channel and end user customers across the world, where people and relationships matter.

“It is our people who represent our principles” says Guy Phelps, End User Sales Manager at Sharp/NEC, “and it is this trust, integrity and empowerment of people that is not only appreciated by our customers but also by our staff. The joint venture has opened up many opportunities for growth and personal development within the company allowing talent to thrive and attracting fresh talent onboard. We are delighted to welcome Sian and Kate to the team”

As End User Account Manager, Sian will drive new business development. Her initial focus will lie within the pharmaceutical and professional services sectors where her proven client-centred solution-oriented approach will perfectly align with the Sharp/NEC ethos. With a 17-year career in the AV/IT industry, both channel and end user focused, Sian brings a fully rounded understanding of customer expectation.

Kate brings 10 years’ sales experience in the channel and AV services, previously at Peerless-AV and more recently, Airtame. Kate joins the team to support Sharp/NEC’s UK channel partners.

Helen Sheldrake, Channel Sales Manager for Sharp/NEC says, “Kate has hit the ground running at ISE, getting up to speed with our wide range of products, ready to provide our channel partners with the excellent support they have come to expect from Sharp/NEC, welcome Kate”.
