NEC Display Solutions is committed to supporting Sense and is active in raising vital funds to support the work of the charity in transforming the lives of people not able to experience the Audio Visual communication we enjoy in our own lives, every day.

At this year’s Showcase, attendees can: –

  • Meet with SKY Sports presenter Layla Anna-Lee who will be talking about the charity and the difference it makes in the lives of deafblind people and their families (it is particularly appropriate for Layla to appear at this year’s Showcase as she was the voice of The London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony)
  • Meet British racing cyclist and writer Michael Hutchinson who has represented Great Britain and Northern Ireland at various events including the Commonwealth Games will attend the Showcase working to raise awareness for Sense
  • See some of the Sense charity’s deafblind ambassadors demonstrate the Ultrabike and a three-wheeler bike specifically designed for deafblind cyclists
  • Try out the hole-in-one blindfolded golf!

As the world of AV gathers in London for the NEC Showcase and London Digital Signage Week, this presents an excellent opportunity for NEC to highlight the work of Sense and gear up the fundraising!
