Miami based Mod Op, a marketing communications agency with offices across the U.S. and an office in Latin America, has continued its acquisition spree, the third in two years for the agency, with the purchase of Minneapolis-based studio, Microgigantic.

Eric J. Bertrand, CEO, Mod Op told us “This acquisition is another strategic step toward expanding our services and offerings to provide top-level capabilities for our clients. With the acquisition of MCC and Sage, and now Microgigantic, we hope to keep this momentum going as we continue to grow our agency and expertise.”

With more than nine years of experience working with clients on branded experiences, digital signage, environmental video installations and corporate video, we are told that Microgigantic’s capabilities provide Mod Op with the opportunity to expand the agency’s offerings to current and future clients.

Microgigantic will become Mod Op’s new Minneapolis presence. As part of the transition, former Microgigantic CEO and founder, Mark Bennett, will join the Mod Op Client Services department as an executive vice president.

Mod Op delivers creative and strategic solutions for well-known brands like Texas Instruments, John Deere, Microsoft, Marriott, ExxonMobil, Hudson Pacific Properties, Visit Florida, Baha Mar, LVMH, Warner Brothers, ViacomCBS, NBC Universal, Nike and many others.
