Citadel Holdings, LLC, a small privately held company located southwest of Austin, TX in Hill Country has announced the launch of their cloud-based, video content management software designed for small to large businesses looking to implement digital out of home streaming video signage to engage, educate, entertain and inform their customers.

Michele Ahlman founder & CEO of Citadel Holdings, LLC and Clear Digital Media, LLC. told us “Citadel was created as an internal project intended to better manage our growing DOOH network in audiology practices. We found the complexity and cost of the platform we were using to manage our 1000+ screens in audiology practices overwhelming and frustrating. Once the system was rolled out, the decision was made to introduce it to the market and make it available to other businesses. Citadel was developed to easily, elegantly and affordably manage a single screen to thousands of screens requiring very little staff or training”.

Complexity is the enemy of execution is the fundamental belief of the Citadel team. Citadel offers two showcase products; Citadel Portal for small businesses looking for 1-25 screens and Athena, an enterprise level platform for 25+ screens. Both systems are hardware agnostic and bridge the gap between DOOH software and OTT streaming, allowing for maximum flexibility.

The software is available for Windows, Raspberry PI or as a browser-based app or can be streamed on Roku. In addition, Citadel offers video content libraries for a variety of industries including audiology, dental, pediatrics, dermatology, functional medicine, dermatology, chiropractic, salons, breweries, dispensaries and fitness centers.
