Barry McPhillips & Mathew Wilde Join @MoodMedia_UK

Mood Media has made two appointments to its UK-based leadership team with Barry McPhillips, as International Head of Creative and Mathew Wilde as Business Development & UK Sales Director.

Both of the roles were created as part of a company-wide strategy to help its global customer base of over half a million businesses to deliver meaningful in-store experiences that drive sales via advanced digital technology; curated and original creative content such as music and messaging; digital signage and scent.

  • Mathew’s role as Business Development & UK Sales Director is to manage all aspects of service delivery for existing clients and help the business grow through new contract wins. He will report directly to Linda Ralph, SVP International. Barry McPhillips, reporting to Danny Turner, Global SVP Creative Programming, will be responsible for expanding Mood Media’s creative capabilities, with a particular focus on developing its visuals proposition. Mathew comes to Mood Media from his former role as Head of Business Development at Pixel Inspiration. He started his career in a fast-track management program at Tesco, and has a wealth of experience having worked across a range of well-known companies including Iceland, Marks & Spencer, and Thomas Cook.
  • Barry brings 30 years of expertise in developing innovative and engaging campaigns across a range of industries to the team. He has worked on creatives for clients ranging from Batman to Carlsberg, JP Morgan to Unilever and everything in between.

Mathew and Barry will be based at Mood Media’s London office, joining the UK team.
