It is with great sadness that we report the death of Amit Sarkar who passed away recently at the tender age of 50.
As Media Growth reported “The Indian OOH industry has lost a person of eminent experience”.
Amit had worked as Business Head – South & East Regions, Clear Channel, General Manager, Posterscope India, Senior Manager, Madison Communications and most recently with Kinetic India as Chief Operating Officer for seven years, before going it alone independently in September 2015 and launching NOMAD, a full service specialist agency which primarily focused on Out of Home but with integrated offering platforms including Mobile, Digital, Data, Content & Creative Consultancy. Activation, Retail, Cinema and Sports.
