MediaChoice Acquires Advertising Displays From QPM

MediaChoice, a privately owned independent OOH media company, with coverage throughout Texas, along with strategic locations in Chicago, Nashville, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, announced this week the acquisition of Out-of-home advertising displays from QPM.

In all, MediaChoice now has over 1,200 active sign faces throughout the United States. QPM owned and operated OOH assets throughout Oklahoma with their previous company, Blue Sky Outdoor.

MediaChoice CFO, Katheryn Huynh said “We are rooted in the state of Texas and our advertisers have been pushing for more coverage in the Metroplex. The makeup of these assets are a perfect fit for MediaChoice, so when this opportunity became available, we executed”.

QPM’s Jeff Balcombe, said the deal marked the end of a successful tenure in OOH by saying “OOH has a lot of attributes that are attractive to entrepreneurs like us. We look for asset classes with significant barriers-to-entry, high margins, and growth, and this business has it all. We know MediaChoice will do very well with these assets in the future”.
