NowSignage, the UK digital signage software specialist, has delivered one of its largest deployments to date for Little Caesars, the third largest pizza chain in the world.

We are told that trhe project has transformed operations with a centralised, cloud-based Content Management System now powering digital menu boards across thousands of restaurants in 16 countries, solidifying NowSignage as a major player on the global stage.

Delivered in under six months, the new solution moved from a manual process to a fully integrated system, making menu management more efficient and dynamic. The integration ensures content is always accurate, up to date, and reflective of operational needs across all locations.

Ray Khano, Director of IT Operations, Little Caesars said “We had several technical requirements that were not easy to achieve, especially with the timelines we had. NowSignage came through and helped us make this transition much easier than expected.”

To meet the scale and complexity of the rollout, NowSignage delivered a custom digital menu board solution that adapts automatically to each restaurant’s needs. Menus stay accurate in real time, reflect pricing and availability, and ensure Hot-N-Ready items are always clear to customers. The system also accommodates multiple languages and currencies, keeping content consistent worldwide while giving regional teams the flexibility they need.

The platform gives Little Caesars the flexibility to deliver localised messaging alongside high-impact campaigns across its restaurants worldwide. Regional teams can tailor content to reflect local needs, while marketing teams can launch full-screen takeovers and brand collaborations at speed. Recent campaigns with third-party partnerships have been rolled out seamlessly, showing how the solution supports both operational accuracy and impactful guest engagement.

“We had to take on Little Caesars entire global digital estate, build a custom menu board app from scratch within NowSignage, and roll it out in under six months” said Amy-Marie Williams, Global Head of Customer Success, NowSignage. “It was a big job, and one that shows how scalable and responsive our platform truly is.”

By replacing disconnected systems with a unified platform, NowSignage has helped Little Caesars transform how it manages digital content at scale. The result is a modern signage infrastructure that improves operational efficiency, enhances customer experience, and supports one of the world’s fastest-growing QSR brands on its global journey.
