Texas Digital Systems Inc., College Station, Texas-based provider of visual communication solutions, and Odysii, Herzliya, Israel-based leader in software solutions for targeted suggestive selling, have partnered to enhance Texas Digital’s AccuVIEW order confirmation solution with Odysii’s suggestive selling solution.
This combined drive-thru solution is designed to increase the average sales ticket per customer. Texas Digital and Odysii have a combined market reach of installations in over 40 countries, including several leading quick service restaurants such as Arby’s, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald’s and Wendy’s.
Texas Digital is a leading provider of digital signage solutions, with over 24,000 installations worldwide. Its AccuVIEW Order Confirmation Board enhances drive-thru profits by improving order accuracy, increasing speed of service, and reducing theft and food loss. The integrated solution, incorporating Odyssi’s suggestive selling delivers relevant product recommendations based on previous customer choices, business rules and time of day. The partners say that this solution provides better results than digital signage with static loops, by providing more targeted recommendations that have a higher acceptance rate, and increasing customer satisfaction through a better user experience.
“Adding suggestive selling to the drive thru, which represents 70% of total quick-service restaurant sales, enables us to provide significant value,” says Jan Malinovsky, director of quick service restaurant sales at Texas Digital. “Every percentage point increase in average sale per customer at the drive thru represents a significant boost to profitability, and we are confident that Odysii’s unique solution will provide a robust ROI for our customers.”
Odysii operates in over 25 countries worldwide, helping retail outlets of HSBC, Banco Santander, Credit Agricole, Orange, KFC, 7-Eleven, H-E-B, Hilton Hotels and Blockbuster to increase sales, cut-in store communication costs and deliver a superior customer experience.
