Bob Martin Exit Stage Left

Whilst his LinkedIn profile still has him down as ‘Chief Marketing Officer at RMG Networks’ we have it on good authority that Bob Martin is no longer with one of our favourite networks over in San Francisco.
Bob was previously CEO at LevelVision and moved to RMG in November 2009. It was always a strange fit for us and we are surprised he lasted as long as he did.

there’s nobody smarter about the media planning, buying, or research stuff, much less anyone who was a CEO within the industry. and the guy is f’ing hilarious.
C-level marketing positions seem to be almost a liability for struggling dooh companies at this point. the mandate from CEOs and investors is to be extremely differentiated, and to “push the envelope” if necessary. I know the guy, and agree with Adrian, its surprising he stuck it out as long as he did, maybe those mild Frisco winters..?
