Previous experience with legal precedent suggests that we post the following, clarifying what we took issue with last Friday with In Yer’ Face Media

Shown above is the screenshot of the email blast entitled ‘Win a complete, ready to install digital signage solution: IUF Media Manager, Advantech player, iiya<sic>’ sent on 11 May 2012 09:05, Inurface Media <>.

The Subway logo is also¬†(currently) on their web site¬†alongside the same ‘testimonial’ (no doubt attempting to imply endorsement) …

We believe that to represent the person who gave that quote as anything other than a local ‘Subway franchisee’ is disingenuous at best and we doubt whether the person who gave that testimonial speaks for any of Subway’s corporate entities.
