RMG Networks are looking to hire an Ad Sales Director based in San Francisco.

Job Description

To develop media relationships with key regional media agencies and client decision makers that contribute to the overall growth of RMG Networks revenue.

Job Relationships

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Interrelationships: Internal: All levels of employees at RMG Networks. External:

Key Clients, Agencies, Consultants, Vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales goals through demonstration of the value of RMG Networks platform and exclusive consumer reach.

Perform in accordance with monthly/quarterly goals, quota and measurements
Demonstrate and communicate the value of RMG Networks network to prospects and existing customers by selling new campaigns and increasing size of existing business

Build and cultivate strong client relationships, monitor ad campaign performance, communicate results.

Work with Head of Sales to design programs that support sales goals and create successful nurturing events for clients and qualified leads

Develop account strategy, revenue forecast and sales territory break-out across Territory.

Identify new business opportunities

Educate sales team members and customers on product and marketing strategies to improve their presence in the market and build value in the RMG Networks customer relationship.

Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.

Execute and deliver high quality responses to all Avails & RFPs.

Work with Head of Sales to negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.

Experience and Skills

Education, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience, 5+ years prior advertising sales experience and a demonstrated track record of achievement with value oriented sales

Possess a deep understanding of the business challenges facing advertisers and the executive presence to convert those challenges into sales for RMG Networks.

Experience with Digital Out-of-Home, Radio, TV, Print and/or advertising products including an understanding of media sales, CPM/CPA pricing, ad performance and ad targeting eco-systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Extensive contacts and relationships with leading agencies and clients.

Proven track record of exceeding goals.

Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace.

Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline.

Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player.

Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals.

Willingness to travel when needed.
