Lynn Marentette joins NUITEQ®

NUITEQ®, the award-winning multitouch software developer, announced this week that it has appointed Lynn Marentette, a former Nationally Certified School Psychologist, as it’s K-12 Technology Specialist.

In her role at NUITEQ®, working from the East Coast of the US, she will be actively involved with the product development of Snowflake MultiTeach, the company’s software product for interactive touch screens in K-12 classrooms. Additionally she will be responsible for product evangelism activities.

Prior to joining NUITEQ®, she worked as a School Psychologist in schools in North Carolina, where she collaborated with colleagues in technology-focused educational environments.

Lynn is interested in multimedia applications and games suitable for screens of all sizes, including, interactive whiteboards, hand held devices, large displays, and multi-modal interfaces. Furthermore she is interested in developing and promoting universally usable applications and technologies that support natural-user interaction, collaboration, cognition, and communication.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology, Social Science from the University of Michigan, as well as a M.A. and Sp. A. in Educational Psychology, School Psychology from the Eastern Michigan University. She has additional graduate training in Educational Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, and game development.
