We had a short visit with Four Winds Interactive (FWI) Wednesday morning at #dse2016 and met, for the first time, Janet Eden-Harris, chief marketing officer, who joined the company last year, along with David Levin, CEO, and Erin Doherty, director of marketing.

The company has a new mobile app. and, as Eden-Harris said, “Anything now on the screen can also be put in your pocket.” It’s all the same software.

Further, its integration framework version 5.0 enables real time data to appear on both digital signs and its mobile app. A year ago, FWI launched its app store where any of its customers can simply enter and add the free content. The store now has 300 different apps offering wide content possibilities.

The big, well-designed FWI booth at #dse2016 was geared to having people talk to the right people according to their specific interests without wasting time. We particularly liked the creation table that centred it that allowed visitors to see exactly how to publish to digital signs and all devices.

Levin told us that Q1 2016 business is up 30% over Q1 last year, and that the company’s office in Dubai has now expanded to a staff of seven.

At home in Denver, FWI has also built a new 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and now has a total of 350 employees. It has offices in Denver, Dubai, Hong Kong, Mexico, Miami, and the UK.
