We note these new interactive digital totems for Network Rail’s Caledonian Sleeper Rail. We are told that they’re being rolled out across 48 UK mainline railway stations.
Manufactured by Trueform, they feature wifi, cctv and a fully interactive 46 inch touchscreen. They will provide real time information, journey planning, general news, announcements and advertising as well as providing customer support including video chat and audio so that passengers might communicate and interact with staff at the Inverness HQ.
