Richard Fortin, président and co-founder of ITESmedia, and his team have launched a French-language blog devoted to digital displays for the real estate sector.

ITESmedia, located in Montreal, is dedicated to digital display technologies. The company designs and markets its software and IMMOmedia system dedicated to digital displays in the property sector. IMMOmedia suits a variety of environments, including sales offices and shopping centre kiosks, and offers many advantages for real estate business.

With IMMOmedia INTERACTIVE buyers can access all brokers’ and agents’ properties listed by category, region, city and price simply by using the touch screen. The integrated messaging system provides easy access, in real time. It has over 100 screens installed in the real estate industry, for clients in such firms as RE/MAX, Royal LePage, La Capitale and Groupe SUTTON and their agents. (Other clients include Les poissonneries Odessa and Groupe Dayan.)

IMMOmedia DISPLAY provides outstanding visibility for agents and their listings among future buyers and sellers. Listings are electronically displayed on fully automated large screens. And IMMOmedia ATTENDANCE allows a real estate cmpany to manage the attendance or availability of itsagents in the office using a touch screen.

Fortin says, in introducing his blog, “The main objective of this blog is to share our knowledge with our readers about what we consider some of the best practices of the industry, including digital signage displays and kiosks.

“For over five years, I have met clients and potential clients in Quebec and elsewhere to discuss the benefits of digital signage in the property sector. And now, I’m realizing a dream that I held for a long time, to share my knowledge farther afield as a blogger.

“With over a hundred projects to our credit, including the largest digital signage projects in real estate in Quebec, we want to share our know-how to contribute to the growth of this great industry.”
