Digital Signage Expo, taking place Feb. 22-25, 2011, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. has added a new European Technology Showcase area that will feature hardware and software providers unveiling the newest technologies from Europe and beyond.
Chris Gibbs, president of Exponation LLC, DSE’s producer, says that the purpose of the European Technology Showcase is to call attention to industry innovation wherever it arises and to provide DSE attendees with the broadest and most accurate picture of technological innovation in the world.
“DSE has the reputation within the European and International digital signage community as being THE industry trade show in the U.S. where they can actually meet the best end-users, source experienced distributors and gain quality exposure,” says Beverly Rose-Ölmez, DSE’s international sales representative.
“Previous European exhibitors have confirmed that DSE attendees actually come to do business,” says Rose-Ölmez. “We are happy to confirm that intellect – the UK’s leading technology sector trade association – is a supporting partner for the ETS area, plus we have an exciting mixture of 3D and DS software vendors from Hungary, Israel and the Netherlands currently signed up, with new exhibitor announcements to be released shortly.”
Vendors who sign up to exhibit as part of the Showcase will also have the opportunity to participate in live theater presentations to help engage attendees, introduce their companies, explain their products and provide a hands-on demonstration of their technologies’ capabilities.
