The Digital Place-based Advertising Association (DPAA) announced this week three new members: Health Media Network, Creative Media Technologies, and IpsosOTX MediaCT.

- Health Media Network: a digital place-based network in healthcare facilities including hospitals, medical centers and physician’s offices.
- Creative Media Technologies: a provider of in-taxi digital media, playing full motion video with audio. They offer solutions for the taxi and advertising industries and CMT manages ad sales and content placement on thousands of screens in multiple major markets across the U.S.
- IpsosOTX MediaCT: a specialist division of the global Ipsos Group that helps companies understand connections between consumers, content, channels, brands and technology in today’s complex and evolving media eco-system.
