BroadSign Looking For National Sales Director

BroadSign International Inc. are looking for a National Sales Director for North America.

Duties and Responsibilities

Represent BroadSign’s products, services and intangible assets as defined by the sales’ program. A special focus on account acquisition, account retention, visibility in the business community, developing relationships and achieving sales targets.

Have or acquire a profound knowledge of the company’s products and services. Have or acquire a profound knowledge of the digital signage market and digital signage software market in particular. Supervise account managers, motivate and organize the team, set and achieve team goals, Develop relationships with key accounts to negotiate profitable business terms. Define needs and opportunities.

Utilize appropriate staff to demonstrate products, speak of expertise, make presentations, design systems, and close business.

Provide accurate sales activity and funnel report on a weekly basis to the VP of Sales. Prospect for new business opportunities within defined territory.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language and Written Skills

Ability to express company objectives orally and in written form, write reports, proposals, job scopes, and correspondence. Capable to speak effectively before large groups of customers and employees.Ability to give presentations on the company and products.Ability to conduct seminars.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate general mathematical functions.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

People Skills

Ability to perceive and evaluate different personalities on the fly.Ability to adapt to the personalities at the moment. Ability to conduct business in a social situation.Must have leadership and organizational skills. Must possess inner- arrogance about company and self. Must possess good negotiating skills.Must be business savvy.

Other Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computers and computer applications is a must
  • Travel, local and overnight, for training and business may be required
  • A strong desire to develop technical knowledge and personal skills beyond the norm
