VMG Announces First Panel Deals in November

In a recent RNS Number: 2115H Vision Media Group (Intl) PLC 03 November 2008 to the UK’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) VMG gave some clues as to their progress with rolling out their Iconic Pods and when we might likely see the first national advertising campaigns from them via their deal with Clear Channel in the UK.

Mike Cottman, Executive Chairman of VMG was quoted as saying “Our new Iconic Pods are now leaving the production line and our installation programme is underway. The first of our digital panel national advertising campaigns will be aired in November”

The RNS announced that VMG had successfully placed 12,300,000 new Ordinary Shares at 4 pence per share to institutional investors, Board Directors, executive management and other existing shareholders basically raising more money.
