ISE Not Quite Sold Out

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

We are not quite sure what happens if a show is sold out? – apart from the organisers cracking open the champagne or the same desperately trying to find more hall space perhaps?

Anyway the organisers of Europe’s largest systems integration tradeshow tell us that with three months remaining before the event is due to take place, around 90% of the available exhibition space is already gone!

Mike Blackman, Managing Director, Integrated Systems Events told us from Munich “The continued growth of ISE is a tribute to the robustness of the professional AV and electronic systems industry in Europe”

As we have met Mike many times now in the past few months (first in Munich where we were treated to a wonderful traditional German weisswurst breakfast c/w beer AND then in London where we were his guests at the black tie AV Awards) we can also tell you that he and his team are incredibly excited about digital signage. For them digital signage has been a huge growth sector this year – a trend that they have responded to with their new Digital Signage Zone in Hall 12.

Of course they are also running the DOOH Business Conference which begins the day before the show.

We will be covering the DOOH Business Conference (blogging live) and ISE in depth and hope to meet readers there.
