Eye Corp For Sale Reports @WSJAustralia

Still no news on the Ocean Outdoor auction in the UK (but watch this space) but there’s plenty happening elsewhere in the world of OOH acquisition.

Deal Journal Australia reporting in the WSJ wrote back in the middle of March that Ten Network Holdings has placed its out-of-home division EYE Corp under strategic review, we quote “in light of recent corporate activities and has appointed UBS as its advisor”.

Deal Journal Australia followed up that story more recently, quoting Citi analyst Justin Diddams who “reckons the timing is right for Ten Network Holdings to sell its out-of-home advertising business EYE Corp” and who believes that Eye Corp could sell for as much as USD 171.9 Million.

Likely bidders are APN Outdoor, JC Decaux and oOh!Media.
