IAB Finds Big Growth in Mobile

For the first half of 2012, revenue in the mobile category increased 95% to $1.2 billion, according to a new report by the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

This nearly eclipsed the total mobile advertising revenue for the entire year of 2011, at $1.6 billion.

The figure were part of an overall look at digital revenue, focusing on online.
