Ecrans d’or – French Golden Screen Awards 2009

This year, French Digital Signage association,  APCAD (Association pour la Promotion de la Communication Audiovisuelle Dynamique) created the first ‘Ecrans d’Or’, or ‘Golden Screen Awards’, for the best Digital Signage installations of the past year.

There were two categories: Internal and External Communication.

Winner in the first category was byVolta for their multi-sensorial bubble bar for Moët & Chandon in Macau. Retail Média won the second category for their installations in the French Monoprix and Auchan supermarkets.

 

The award ceremony was grafted on to the ICONA d’OR Awards organised  for the 6th consecutive year by the  SYNAFEL (Syndicat National de l’Enseigne et de la Signalétique), the French National Retail Signage Association, which was held on 5th February  at the Bobin’O Theatre in Paris, in front of an audience of 500 professionals.
