HOUSEKEEPING – Two Babies

Sunday, July 25th, 2010

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

A certain someone is three years old tomorrow! In a nice-near-also-twist-of-human happiness, Andrew Neale became an uncle yesterday (Saturday 24th July); his brother’s partner gave birth to an 8lb boy down in Cornwall. We nearly had a genuine DailyDOOH birthday boy in the family but missed out by 2 days! Happiness and congratulations all round!

Chris Sheldrake

DailyDOOH will be three years old on Monday 26th July and as usual the founders end up celebrating the birthday in style. Here we see them at the Henley Festival in their finery. Undoubtedly we will be running nearer the time, a couple of stories and some special banner advertisements to celebrate the birthday as […]

HOUSEKEEPING – New Banner Advertisers 20

Saturday, June 26th, 2010

Andrew Neale

We are pleased to announce (and of course thank) two new advertisers who have just joined us: Minicom Digital Signage who are running a couple of campaigns during the summer (and have knocked our little bird off of his perch) and NEC / VUKUNET who have taken space in our lead banner. As usual, thanks […]

HOUSEKEEPING – A Slip Of The Tongue

Friday, May 7th, 2010

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

Gail wrote in a post yesterday (a post subsequently selected to go out in our daily email today), we quote “in the small booths rimming the exhibit floor” !!! We think that Gail meant “around the edges of the show floor” but unfortunately the obtuse pr0n reference meant that many of our emails going out […]

HOUSEKEEPING – The Big Spam Account Cull

Friday, April 2nd, 2010

Jorge Garcia de Bustos

Over the last few weeks, we have noticed a steep increase in the number of subscriber accounts, often created using dodgy Google Mail, Hotmail or Yahoo email addresses, or coming from non-existent Internet domains. We have now started using WordPress plugins that screen the addresses and domains used to join this site, and verify that […]

Andrew Neale

As Chris wrote a few months ago now “We finished up 2009 almost fully booked for banner advertisements” but a few spaces in our LEAD banner and one in our Skyscraper opened up and we are pleased to announce (and of course thank) CoolSign, Dynamax and Harris Broadcasting who have all started advertising with us. […]

WIP DailyDOOH Graphics

Saturday, March 20th, 2010

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

Our resident graphics artist has been working with our brand ambassador on a couple of new ideas for DailyDOOH – some of the bigger pieces of work include a major re-design of the site itself (but more of that later in the month). We have been having a lot of fun this week working up […]

HOUSEKEEPING – New Banner Advertisers 18

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Chris Sheldrake

We finished up 2009 almost fully booked for banner advertisements and are pleased to announce (and of course thank) never.no and DSE and AOpen and zsah and KioskCom / Digital Signage Show who have all recently started advertising with us. As usual, thanks to all of them because without advertisers you would not have a […]

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Chris Sheldrake

As you know we are always on the look out for new contributors who can offer DailyDOOH and its readers a unique view on the Digital Out Of Home industry as well as geographical coverage, so it gives us great pleasure then that we welcome Giuseppe Andrianò from Italy.
