Unmissable Platform For DMiR Providers

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

POPAI, the UK’s only independent, not-for-profit organisation in the Digital Media in Retail (DMiR) sector has just announced the launch of its ‘Digital Partnership Programme

This follows on from the phenomenally successful ‘Guide to Digital Media in Retail’ (the most downloaded POPAI publication of all time we are told) produced in conjunction with Chris Heap’s Imperative Group.

Basically for the first time POPAI is inviting commercial organisations to become partners in order to help further enhance the quality and rate of its research, development and educational programmes.

POPAI is offering a substantial opportunity for companies involved in the DMiR industry to become involved in and to sponsor key research, thought-leadership, industry development and PR related activities.

Jason Cremins, Head of POPAIdigital, told us “Our ‘Guide to Digital Media in Retail’ proved to be our most successful publication ever. From this it is clear that for retailers, brand owners, agencies and other end-users there is a thirst for credible information to help them understand the industry fully, not just in overview

Two topics already in the planning stage include: –

  1. Delivery of Digital Media in Retail which will cover innovation, media content, installation, content management and maintenance
  2. Impact of Digital Media in Retail which will cover compliance, ROI, measurements and metrics, environmental issues, the shopper and the retail space.

Jason added “Our mission now is to provide a more detailed, wide-ranging and proactive portfolio of information in the form of industry guides, research studies, white papers, seminars and the like.”

Companies wishing to secure a higher profile as a leader and innovator by helping POPAI deliver this crucial programme on behalf of the whole DMiR industry should contact Phil Day, Business Manager, POPAI on 01455 271 856 or by email philday@popai.co.uk.
