Barco NV has acquired the totality of the shares of Medialon Inc.
The press release stated that the transaction fits in with both Medialon’s and Barco’s long-term strategies to strengthen their respective positions in networked show and AV control.
Medialon Inc. CEO Alex Carru said “You can expect accelerated product feature developments, integration of functionalities into broader media networking platforms as well the global customer service and professional services capacity which Barco provides all its customers today”.
