S Quadrat GmbH has merged into NEC Display Solutions and officially become NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH – LED Solutions Center.

S Quadrat GmbH was acquired by NEC Display Solutions in February 2018.

The press release stated that the “merger leverages the harmonization and optimization of NEC’s Full-Service-Approach in all areas of Premium-Display-Technologies for large digital surfaces”.

All S Quadrat GmbH customers have been told that any existing contracts with S Quadrat GmbH will continue and will be transferred to NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH automatically.
