PATTISON Outdoor has announced its official partnership with the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM) for outdoor advertising. This partnership will allow PATTISON to offer local and national advertisers unparalleled visibility throughout the REM.

The REM, which will eventually cover 67 km and include 26 stations, will allow residents of Greater Montreal to commute with unparalleled efficiency. The network will be in service 20 hours a day, seven days a week.

The REM is one of the largest public transport projects in North America, and it will provide advertisers with a clean, green and innovative environment to reach an active target audience.

The first phase of the route, launching on July 31st, will start in Brossard and cover a distance of 17 km up to the heart of downtown Montreal. This initial section consists of five stations: Brossard, Du Quartier, Panama, Île-des-Sœurs, and Central Station, which is connected to the Bonaventure subway station.

With the REM’s five new stations and a fleet of cutting-edge carriages, PATTISON Outdoor Advertising is investing in Quebec by offering a wide range of advertising opportunities along this new route. “I am very excited to work with the REM and to realize the full potential of advertising on this historical new public transit system,” said Dominic Loporcaro, VP/GM of the Eastern Region at PATTISON Outdoor. “The REM will offer Quebec and national advertisers increased reach and frequency to outlying neighbourhoods thanks to our network of digital displays and place-based products.”

Partnering with over 39 public transport authorities across the country, PATTISON Outdoor is the leading provider of transit advertising in Canada and is proud to bring its expertise to the REM.
