Delta Air Lines has just opened a pop-up store in JFK’s Terminal 4 appropriately named, ‘The Window Seat Shop’ just in time for holiday season shopping.

In partnership with W+K New York, the store reinforces the value of Delta’s SkyMiles Membership with new ways for them to earn towards 2025 Medallion Status.

Opening last week to the public, shoppers are able to open different airplane windows to uncover numerous hand-crafted gifts from around the globe representing the various destinations Delta has to offer. Items include everything from hand woven bags from Colombia, candleholders from Argentina, jewelry from Brazil, fleece jackets from South Korea, and even chocolate from France.

Creative extensions of the store include OOH elements placed throughout the terminal and in JFK’s Delta Sky Club, as well as social content created by both local and national travel + lifestyle influencers.

Morten Gotterup, president, Airports Division, Clear Channel Outdoor said “Delta’s ‘Window Seat Shop’ at JFK airport exemplifies the cutting-edge experiential activations sophisticated airline travelers gravitate toward and it arrives as the record-breaking travel season takes off. We’re proud to partner with Delta to connect passengers with in-person and online retail offerings and rewards through this innovative Out-of-Home campaign”.

Members can also purchase one-of-a-kind SkyMiles Experiences like trips to Hawaii, Utah, Arizona, Massachusetts and even local New York experiences such as front row NY Knicks tickets. AMEX Card Members will also have the opportunity to partake in an exclusive customizable engraved bag tag experience.

The Window Seat Shop also has an online store allowing Members to experience the shop and stock up on holiday gifts no matter where they are in the world.

Both the physical and online stores will be open through 11/30 and each purchase made will earn Member’s Medallion Qualifying Dollars (MQDs) to help them reach their Medallion Status goals for 2025.
