The UK Sees 4,500 ATMs Available For Advertising

The highlight in last week’s year end results announced by atmAd owners, i-design Group Ltd., was, we noticed, the fact that the number of ATMs available for third party advertising in the UK has increased more than fourfold now to 4,500.

In the results for year ending 30 September 2008, i-design also announced that the new contracts which were secured with ATM owners during the year brought the total number of ATMs licensed with atmAd to 12,000 cash point machines (up from 8,100 in 2007).

It was also nice to see that their media sales income is growing strongly – the average value of booking increased by 16% year-on-year and they also saw a 50% increase in the number of brands booking campaigns on ATMs.

The results also made mention of their ‘First overseas win for atmAd’ in Greece which we wrote about back in May 2008.
